Delete your Runnabout account

Submit this request without signing in. Use the email address on the account so we can verify ownership before deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Open tasks, unsettled payments, or active disputes may need to be completed or preserved long enough to resolve the transaction or legal claim.

What happens next

  1. 1Submit the form using the email address on your Runnabout account.
  2. 2Support contacts you only as needed to verify account ownership and resolve open obligations.
  3. 3After verification, the account is deleted or anonymized and you receive confirmation.

Data deleted or anonymized

  • Account profile, contact details, Client or Runner profiles, preferences, and device notification tokens
  • Messages and other personal content covered by the deletion process
  • Personal identifiers attached to tasks, offers, reviews, completion details, and payments

Data that may be retained

  • Transaction, payout, tax, and accounting records required by law
  • Dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal records needed for an unresolved claim
  • De-identified records that can no longer be linked to your account
